Refund and Cancellation Policy for Travel Lead Purchases
1. Refund Policy for Travel Leads
We aim to provide quality travel leads to our customers. However, in the case that you are dissatisfied with a lead, our refund policy is as follows:

Note:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after review.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as credits for future lead purchases.
To request a refund, agents must submit a written complaint along with the details of the lead and the issue.
2. Cancellation Policy for Lead Purchases
If you need to cancel an order for travel leads, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Process:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your account dashboard on our platform.
Cancellations made via phone are not valid until confirmed in writing.
Cancellations after lead delivery are subject to review and the specific circumstances surrounding the case.
3. Additional Terms and Conditions
Lead Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of the leads based on the information provided by the customers. If any lead is found to be false, incorrect, or duplicated, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
No Liability for Sale Completion: We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or booking. Leads are provided to assist agents, but the success of converting leads to actual sales is solely the responsibility of the agent.
Bulk Lead Purchases: For large-volume lead purchases, custom agreements will be made, and cancellation or refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.
Time-Sensitive Offers: For time-sensitive or exclusive leads, once purchased, no cancellations or refunds are available.
4. GST Information
All travel lead purchases are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax), where applicable under the current tax laws. The GST will be charged on the total value of the lead purchase and is detailed above in the refund and cancellation columns. Refunds for GST will be processed as per the refund amount.
